In the basic principles for identifying reserves and resource categories part, the term “producing" was defined, but not in consistent with the definition which accepted usually in PRMS or in industry. In RF 2013, the definition and basic principles to assign Category A，B1，B2，C1，C2 are not clear and easy taken and need further more work.
