International investor conference “Attracting Investment in Advanced Fossil Fuel Technologies” will be held on 14-15 November 2012 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It is a part of a project financed by the United Nations Development Account.
Ministerial level officials, representatives of leading investment and development banks and advanced technology providers will get together to discuss opportunities for and obstacles to foreign investment. The conference will explore sustainable energy scenarios and the ways to strengthen public-private partnerships in cleaner electricity production. It will also allow the stakeholders to present their projects to the prospective partners and investors in a private setting.
