Type a measure unit qualifier code and click check button to see whether
it is a valid code or not
Type a measure unit qualifier and click 'Find details' button to see the symbol,used name and sector name
Type a commonly used name and click search
This Web Service compares the codelists local file version with the latest version on the server maintained by UNECE.
The Web Service will send the local version number (say 0.5) and compares it with the latest version on the UNECE server.
This will help the webservices client to decide on codelist updating.
This service can be used if the local copy version and the server version is different.As the SOAP with Attachment protocol is still under developement,
this service will return Code List XML file as a complex type,the client program should be able to read and write this complex type in to an xml file.
