With this web service trader can access the ISO 4217 currency code list from any device using SOAP protocol

Type a ISO 4217 3 character currency code and click check button to see whether
it is a valid code or not
Type a ISO 4217 3 character currency code and click Find name button to see name for a valid code

This Web Service compares the codelists local file version with the latest version on the server maintained by UNECE.
The Web Service will send the local version number (say 0.3) and compares it with the latest version on the UNECE server.
This will help the webservices client to decide on codelist updating.
This service can be used if the local copy version and the server version is different.As the SOAP with Attachment protocol is still under developement, this service will return Code List XML file as a string,the client program should be able to read and write this string in to an xml file.
