Mark Halliday

Mark Halliday is the head of PPP at Philips Healthcare Transformation Services.  He joined Philips in 2011 from KPMG Corporate Finance, where he worked in the Global Infrastructure and Projects Group advising governments and private clients on the implementation of PPP projects worldwide.  Prior to that he worked for the National Audit Office in the UK evaluating value for money in PPP projects.  In 2010 he authored the report ‘Financing PFI projects in the credit crisis’.  Before specialising in PPP projects, Mark worked in energy project finance and has specialist expertise in business development, financial and risk analysis, capital raising, and structuring aspects of transactions.  Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from ESCP Europe in Paris.

He is a Member of UNECE PPP Business Advisory Board since January, 2014.
