Krista Kampus, Head of the Smart City Projects Competence Centre, City of Tallinn, Estonia.
Since September 2019, Krista is acting as the Head of the Smart City Projects Competence Centre, City of Tallinn, being in charge of development and coordination of the smart and sustainable urban development-related initiatives and projects. From 2012 to 2018, Krista worked as the Head of Sustainable Development Unit at the Council of the Baltic Sea States in Stockholm, where she coordinated the inter-governmental cooperation on the regional implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement, UN Sustainable Development Goals and the New Urban Agenda.  During 2003 -2012 she was the Director of European Territorial Cooperation Bureau at the Estonian Ministry of Interior, being in charge of national coordination of the EU structural funds for the EU territorial cohesion and  cooperation programmes.
