Sophie Blum, married with three children, has been an executive with Procter & Gamble for the past 24 years. She has held various local, regional and global positions in strategic businesses and countries and successfully led the P&G Israel hub for almost a decade.
In her current role, Sophie is leading the transformation of P&G’s Europe and IMEA regions so that P&G marketing can continue to be a cutting edge, and world-class organization. Recognized within P&G as an Innovation thought leader, Sophie challenges boundaries and has successfully led the establishment of P&G’s Israel House of Innovation, one of the successful Innovation Centers of P&G in the world.
Sophie actively participates in several committees of innovation and start-up accelerators such as Nomads and MassChallenge, and champions women in business as a mentor through personalized mentoring programs.
Being passionate about building a better future through education, Sophie is also involved in growing young leaders through the university lectures she gives, where her specialized topics are strategy, innovation and leadership.
