On 5 September 2018, the IRU, together with the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, BSEC, BSEC URTA, ABADA and in collaboration with UNECE, organised a Seminar on « International trade and transport facilitation through digitalisation of TIR procedures», in Baku (Azerbaijan).
