Contact Information of Market Surveillance Authorities
In 2010, the secretariat of WP.6 started to collect information on market surveillance authorities in the UNECE region and beyond, in partnership with the European Commission and the EuroAsian Interstate Council for standardization, metrology and certification (EASC). Currently, more than 30 countries have provided information about their market surveillance authorities.
Since 2016 the WP.6 has renewed mandate for updating the contact details of the named market surveillance authorities and the latest updates from January 2017 will be displayed below as the secretariat receives them from countries.

ICSMS is a powerful system offering the various users a wealth of practical functionality. Its main task is to provide and exchange product information via the internet. It is used by market surveillance authorities from Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Germany, Luxemburg, Malta, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and United Kingdom.

RAPEX is a rapid alert system for dangerous consumer products developed by the European Union.
Technical Regulations Information System (TRIS)
TRIS is a database developed by the European Union to implement the 98/34/EC Directive and more generally to further the objective of the Single Market.
